Purchasing fabric in store

– We cut a minimum of 0.5 metre from the stock sold on the shelf, with the exception of silk being sold at a minimum of 10cm

– We recommend that you purchase the full amount of fabric required to complete a project, as fabric colour can vary from roll from roll. If we sell the roll that you purchased your orignal meterage from we cannot promise that the colouring will be an exact match.

– If you do need to re-order a fabric for the same project, please let us know when you are placing your order so that we can do our best to order fabric from the same batch. We cannot guarantee this as fabrics are being sold continuously but will try our best to find a match.

– To order cut length fabrics in, there is often a minimum cut of 2 metres

– Prices are subject to change, without prior notice.

– We advise all customers and 3rd parties to check their purchase before cutting.

 


Fabric Orders

– We recommend that you purchase the full amount of fabric required to complete your project, as fabric colours can vary from roll to roll. You can request a stock cutting to check the colouring before you make a purchase.

– Fabric orders can be placed either in store or via phone.

– All orders are hand written and you will be given a copy along with your receipt.

– Prices are subject to change, this can be dependent on stock availability.

– Full payment is required when placing your order.

– Should you need to make any alterations to your order, please contact the store as soon as possible. If your order is in transit any changes to your order may not be possible.

– If you cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% if your order has already been processed.

– Delivery dates supplied by Calico & Co are estimates. We are not liable for the consequence of any delay. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

– If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.

 


Made To Measure Service

– You can place Made To Measure orders in store, or via phone.

– All orders are hand written and you will be given a copy of the order along with your receipt.

– Curtain orders require a signature if placed in store.

– If you place your order via phone a copy of your order will be emailed and or posted to you. Ensure all of the details are correct and contact the store to confirm you have received. Orders will not be processed otherwise.

– A 50% deposit is required when placing the order.

– The final balance is due to be paid on collection of the order.

– Orders can be paid in full at the customer’s discretion.

– If measurements have been taken by the by yourself then it is your responsibility to ensure that correct measurements are given when placing the order and written on the order.

– We are confident that you will be happy with the quality and the fit of your curtains/blinds, but in the event that you are not we will always aim to resolve any problems.
