The information provided below outlines ordering fabrics and using our Made to Measure service.
We currently do not sell fabric on our website.
However it is easy for you to contact us to
check stock and order your fabric via phone or visit us in person!
-You can place your fabric order in store or via phone.
-All orders are handwritten and you will be given a copy along with your receipt.
-If you place your order via phone, we can post your order and receipt to you or we can keep it until you collect your order.
-Full payment is required when placing your order.
-The lead time quoted for your order is only an estimate. We are not liable for the consequence of any delay. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any further delays.
– We cannot quarantee when your order will arrive therefore we would advise you not to book your curtain maker or upholsterer until your fabric has been delivered.
-We recommend that you purchase the full amount of fabric required to complete your project, as fabric colours can vary from batch to batch. You can request a stock cutting to check the colouring before you make a purchas
-Once your order arrives you do not need to collect it from our stores within a certain time frame. All orders are safely stored ready for collection.
– If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
-You can place Made-To-Measure order in store or via phone.
-All orders are handwritten and you will be given a copy of the order along with your receipt.
-Curtain orders require a signature if placed in store.
-If you place your order via phone a copy of your order will be emailed and or posted to you. Ensure all of the details are correct and contact the store to confirm you have received it. Orders will not be processed without confirmation.
-A 50% deposit is required when placing the order.
-The final balance is due to be paid on collection of the order.
-Orders can be paid in full at your discretion.
